Welcome to Late Night TV Chatter! A friend of mine inspired me to build this board, so that people could talk about their favorite talk show hosts. I would like a free flow of ideas here, but there needs to be some ground rules. I hope that I won't have to, but I'll make up more as needs arise.

I love the concept of free speech, and with rights come responsibility. I'm not so into what's thought of as P.C., meaning analyzing every word and phrase to twist it into meaning something hurtful or rude to a particular group of people. That being said ...
  • We are a very open-minded bunch. If you don't agree with something we're saying, don't put us down. Rather, discuss it in a mature fashion. Use your reasoning skills. Have a good old fashioned contained and reasonable debate. Don't flame us, we rarely rise to the bait, and you'll only get yourself banned. Why not just come on in, and start having some fun, eh?
  • You CANNOT discuss specific people the featured hosts may or may not be dating, their significant other, or what-not. We here at the Late Night Chatter just prefer not to aid in the spread of rumors. We also like the idea of a private life being private.
  • Have an open mind. We are all very open about how we feel here, and we don't judge people for that. Or really for any reason for that matter. Some of us who are familiar with each other like to tease, but none of it is serious.
  • Which leads me to the next bit. We aren't serious. We don't take ourselves very seriously, and so don't take everything we say seriously. It's all in good cheeky fun!
  • But we do like honesty. Trying out multiple usernames can be useful as you try to figure out what works best for you, but we're not cool with using multiple usernames to pretend that you're different people. The Admins and Mods are able to see IP addresses, so we'll have a good idea what's going on ... even if you think that you're having a marvelous, witty conversation with ... yourself. But hey! Multiple usernames have their uses. I have several myself. I just don't try to pretend that I'm someone else.
  • But apart from that ... You must love to be silly, have fun, say random nonsensical things, and laugh your ass off. It can take some time to get used to us and the way we post, we have a habit of going off topic, but hang in there, most people that follow it for a while get how we work in the end!
So get in there and start posting! What are you waiting for?

Credits: The theme of the board was inspired by a profile theme from MySpaceorYours.net. Check them out for great profile themes. They're designed for MySpace, but they are easily adapted to Yuku. image
